Development procedure
#1Definition phase
The first phase of a product’s development is about drafting the idea and analysing it’s feasibility. Pilot studies, market research and the definition of the product’s requirements are part of this first step.
#2Prototype phase
When all product requirements are determined, the idea is constructed with our software tool SolidWorks. Simulation techniques help to analyse functionalities and induce the building of a prototype.
#3Qualification phase
The qualification phase consists of the validation of functionality and quality of all modules and components. This is important to define the production process, always in regard to efficiency.
#4Industrialisation
At the time when the feasibility of the idea is ensured, for the pilot run the focus lies on material purchasing and adaptation of the manufacturing engineering so the serial manufacturing can follow.
